This lactic gel contains three probiotic strains of lactobacilli that have been carefully selected and clinically tested. DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Hold the applicator from the narrow end and remove the cap
- Insert the wide end into the vagina, preferably while lying down before bed time, and press the applicator to inject the entire tube of gel into the vagina
- Keep pressing the applicator and remove it from the vagina
- Wipe the vulva with clean tissue paper if excessive gel leak from the vagina

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Joriole guarantees to return if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason but we don't support exchange . If there is a return request after receiving the goods, you can apply for return within 7 days from the date of receipt, but the following conditions must be met:

1) the original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or used;
2) the returned goods must be the same as the original box packaging at the time of receipt;

2. after receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. deliver the package to the designated return address, but the customer is responsible for return shipping fee generated by the return.
4. most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We will refund the corresponding payment in another 10-15 working days if we will not otherwise inform you.
While we do everything we can to prevent this, sometimes an item can be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report this within 2 days of delivery or receipt of the order. Please contact our customer service at support@joriole.com and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number. If the product is deemed defective, joriole will replace the product and sent to you at no additional charge in 7-10 days with normal shopping time. *due to covid-19, the shipping time will be adjusted accordingly, please check the shipping policy and communicate with our customer service, thank you for your understanding
